   We look at the address, the surfaces you ticked and anything you told us about access, so we turn up knowing what we are looking at.

   We call or text to arrange the walkthrough

   We use the number you gave us to find a time that suits you. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will email instead.

   You get a price in person, before anything is agreed

   We walk the property with you, explain what each surface needs, and give you the estimate on the spot. It is free, and there is no obligation to book.

Two things worth doing now

• Save our number. Add 301-265-5946 to your contacts so our call does not come through as an unknown number you let ring out.
• Check your spam folder. If we email you and it is not in your inbox within a day, it is worth a look in junk. Contractor email ends up there more often than it should.

Before the walkthrough

Nothing here is required, and none of it changes the price. It just means we can see everything properly on the day.

• Have a think about which surfaces bother you most, so we spend the time where it matters to you
• Tell us about anything you already know is not right, such as loose mortar, flaking paint, a window that leaks or a torn screen. We work around those, and knowing in advance is much better than finding out with a hose in hand
• Let us know if the rear of the property is gated, or if parking on your block needs a permit
• Point out any planting you are particularly attached to so we can protect it
