Questions We Get a Lot

How much does pressure washing cost?

It depends on square footage, surface type, and how much buildup there is — which is why we don't post a flat rate we'd have to walk back. Send us your address and what needs cleaning and you'll have a written price, usually the same day. Most homeowners here book more than one service at once, because the combined visit costs less than separate ones.

How soon can you come out?

Most jobs are scheduled for the next day. We work seven days a week, early mornings through evenings.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot. Most clients are at work when we're there.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not the way we do it. Siding, stucco, and painted surfaces get soft washed — low pressure with a cleaning solution that does the actual work. High pressure is for concrete, and even then it's a surface cleaner, not a wand.

What about the weather?

We work through most conditions, including light rain — cleaning solutions still do their job. We don't work in thunderstorms or heavy rain, and if that's the forecast we'll call and reschedule you rather than leave you waiting.

Is roof cleaning safe for my shingles?

Yes — because we don't pressure wash roofs. Black streaking and moss are treated with a soft wash solution that kills the organism and lets rain rinse it away. High-pressure roof cleaning strips granules and shortens the roof's life.

Are you insured?

Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes. If you've received an HOA notice about siding, walkways, or roof appearance, send it along — we'll quote exactly what's needed to clear it.
