We are an exterior cleaning company, not a data business. We collect what we need to quote and carry out work on your property, and nothing beyond that.

When you submit the quote request form on this website, we ask for:
Name, phone, email and property address are required, because we cannot prepare an estimate or arrive at the right property without them. The notes field is optional and it is up to you what you put in it. Please do not include payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in that field.
Form submissions are stored in this website's database and emailed to us.
If you call, text or email us, we keep the contact details you use and the substance of what we discuss, so that we have a record of the job and of what was agreed.
During a walkthrough or a job we may take photographs and short videos of the property exterior, to record its condition before we start, to plan the work, and to show the result. We may also use those images to show examples of our work on this website and on our Google Business Profile. When we do, we show the surfaces we cleaned and not your street number, and we do not publish your name or address alongside them.
If you would rather we did not photograph your property at all, or did not use the images anywhere public, tell the crew on the day or email us and we will respect that. It makes no difference to the price.
Like almost all websites, our web host records technical information each time a page is requested. This typically includes your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, the pages you visited, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running, diagnose faults and protect against abuse.
This website uses a small number of functional cookies set by WordPress and by our form software. These support things like keeping a form submission from being counted twice and keeping you logged in if you are a site administrator. They are not used to build an advertising profile of you.
At the date at the top of this page, this website does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Google Ads conversion tag, the Meta pixel, or any other analytics or advertising script, and we do not set advertising cookies.
We do advertise on Google, so a conversion tag may be added in future to tell us which adverts lead to enquiries. If that happens we will update this page and name what is running before it goes live.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.
Our service area page includes a map provided by Google. To reduce what is shared with Google, the map is not loaded when the page opens. It loads only if you scroll down to it. Once it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's Privacy Policy, which we do not control.

When you submit the form or call us, you are asking us to get in touch, and we will use the phone number and email address you gave us to do that. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise pass contact lists to third parties for their own marketing.

If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply to that information.
We keep an estimate request for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and for a reasonable period after that in case you come back to us. If a request never turns into work, we delete it once it is clearly no longer live.
We keep records of completed work, including estimates and invoices, for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting, warranty and insurance purposes.
If you want your details removed sooner, ask us and we will delete anything we are not required to keep.

This website and our services are directed at property owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
No payment is taken through this website. There is no checkout and no card form here, so please do not send card numbers through the estimate form or by email. Payment for completed work is arranged separately.
The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the form submissions and the site's administration area is limited to accounts that need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet.
This site links to pages we do not run, including our Google Business Profile and industry resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover what they do with your information.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will say what changed.
